Merchant Cash Advance
A lump sum of capital today, repaid as a small share of your future sales. The fastest funding we arrange, and the most forgiving on credit. Built for businesses with strong revenue that need money this week, not this quarter.
At a glance
Cash now, repaid from sales as they happen
A merchant cash advance is not a loan. You receive an upfront amount, and in exchange the funder purchases a fixed portion of your future receivables. You repay through a small percentage of your sales, collected daily or weekly, until the agreed amount is repaid.
The cost is a factor rate, not an interest rate. If you receive $50,000 at a 1.25 factor, you repay $62,500. That number is fixed on day one. It never compounds, and there is no ticking interest clock.
Because repayment follows your revenue, a slow week costs you less that week. That is the reason restaurants, retailers, and seasonal businesses reach for an advance before anything else.
How repayment actually works
- Holdback: a fixed percentage of sales, typically 5% to 15%, is remitted automatically until the advance is satisfied.
- Or fixed ACH: some funders instead debit a set amount each business day or week, sized to your average revenue.
- Early payoff: many funders discount the remaining cost if you pay off early. Ask your advisor, we will tell you which offers include it.
