Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Reliant Business Capital website ("Site") and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Site or Services. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Reliant Business Capital ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. What we do

Reliant Business Capital is an independent sales organization (ISO) and business funding brokerage. We collect funding applications from businesses and present them to third-party funding providers ("Funders") in our network. We are not a direct lender, bank, or licensed financial advisor. Any funding agreement you enter into is between you and the Funder, on the Funder's terms. Business funding products such as revenue advances are commercial transactions, not consumer loans.

3. Eligibility

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are an authorized representative of the business applying for funding
  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current
  • You are not prohibited from receiving our Services under applicable law

4. Application process

Submitting an application is free and does not obligate you to accept any offer, and does not guarantee that any offer will be made. Funders evaluate applications based on their own criteria, including business performance and credit profile. Any offer you receive, including its amount, rates, fees, and repayment terms, is set by the Funder and detailed in that Funder's agreement. Review every agreement carefully before signing.

5. Our compensation

We may receive compensation from Funders in connection with funding transactions we broker. This compensation is reflected in the terms of the offers presented to you. All costs of an offer are disclosed in the Funder's agreement before you sign.

6. Credit authorization

By submitting an application, you authorize us and the Funders reviewing your file to obtain business and personal credit information. Initial reviews use soft inquiries, which do not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry occurs only if required by a specific Funder, with your consent.

7. Communications consent

By submitting your contact information, you consent to be contacted by Reliant Business Capital by phone, email, or text about your funding request. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

8. Confidentiality

We treat the information you provide as confidential and use it as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

Our Site and Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee approval, funding amounts, timing, or terms, all of which are determined by Funders. Nothing on this Site is financial, legal, or tax advice. Figures shown on the Site reflect ranges available through our network and are illustrative only.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliant Business Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or Services, including decisions made by Funders. Our total liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount of fees you paid directly to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reliant Business Capital, its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or inaccurate information you provide.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Reliant Business Capital and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

13. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

15. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
