SBA Loans
The lowest rates and longest terms in small business lending, backed by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Slower and more demanding than everything else we arrange, and worth it when your file can clear the bar.
At a glance
Bank-grade money, government-backed
SBA loans are made by lenders and partially guaranteed by the federal government. That guarantee is why the rates are the lowest in the market and why terms stretch to decades instead of months, and it is also why the paperwork is real.
The 7(a) program is the workhorse: up to $5M for working capital, refinancing, acquisitions, equipment, or real estate. The 504 program targets fixed assets, buildings and heavy equipment, with even longer terms.
Expect a genuine underwriting process: two to three years of business and personal tax returns, financial statements, a debt schedule, and 30 to 90 days from application to funding. We prepare the file with you so it survives underwriting the first time.
Where SBA shines
- Refinancing expensive debt: replacing short-term obligations with a 10-year payment often cuts the monthly burden dramatically.
- Buying a business or building: long terms make big purchases carry themselves.
- Major expansion: projects measured in years deserve financing measured in years.
